Seven ways not to gain seven pounds

During the holiday season most Americans are cooking, eating out, attending parties, enjoying Thanksgiving dinner and suiting up for the 2010 New Years bash.
With all the calories consumed from eating and drinking is it any wonder how a person could pack on the pounds. Listed below are seven ways not to gain seven pounds.

• Stop eating at the first sign of feeling full.
• Never be full if you are full, then you ate to much.
•Do not eat more than one plate of food within a four hour period.
•Take a 30 minute walk after dinner.
• Only have one glass of wine or any other alcohol beverage once within a five hour period.
•If you attend more than one party only eat at one place.
•Always eat mostly vegetables, For example eat salad before eating dinner , you will get in your veggies and eat less.
