The Muppets Christmas Carol is the best!! AND it is a great way to introduce that story to younger or older kids who get scared by the ghosts and Marley. LOVE the list!! Thanks!

However, I must quibble on one point...The Grinch That Stole Christmas must be seen as its original animated version, with Boris Karloff as the voice of the Grinch and Rocky the Flying Squirrel (June somebody) as the voice of Cindy Lou Who! This version is a masterpiece, and is not to be missed!
