Introducing...........Regarding Nannies

Glenda, Alice and Kellie are delighted to introduce you to Regarding Nannies.


I met Alice Shaffer and Kellie Geres several years ago through our mutual involvement in the nanny industry on a national level. Alice and Kellie inspired me to become involved in the world of blogging and through supporting each other in our blogs, we have realized that we share the same goals, the same ideals and the same hopes for what we want to give back to the world via our professional involvement.

One Saturday morning a few months ago we had a conference call and began to brainstorm on how the 3 of us could use our blogs to work together to educate the public about the many facets regarding the nanny profession. Several conference calls later, Regarding Nannies was born.


Regarding Nannies is a grouping of blogs that will be featured each weekday through the Regarding Nannies Blog. Each day one blog will focus on a different aspect of the nanny profession.


On Monday, we will have Monday Moxie.We will feature information on nanny organizations, nanny activities, nanny support groups, Nannypalooza, INA and anything else related to nannies beyond the realm of their day to day activities.


On Tuesday we will have Tuesday Tip Day. These might be tips on saving money, tips on what to put in a work agreement, tips on travel with kids or any number of other topics.


On Wednesday we will have Creative Nanny featuring simple arts and crafts and cooking with kids.


On Thursday, we will have Table Talk featuring guest writers from all avenues of the nanny industry. We will do spotlights on support groups, individual nannies who are making a difference and tell you all the latest buzz on what's going on the nanny industry.


On Friday, we will have The Financial Nanny giving you tips on how to make the most of your money, and savvy spending.

We will spend our weekends updating blogs and working on our promotions.

In addition to our daily feature we will do give aways. We are excited that our first give away will be four- 6 month INA memberships. INA is running a special for a membership through the end of the year. We will give away one membership a week the month of July.


Specifics on how to enter our give aways will be posted later today.
